Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email hsbandesha289@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions after reviewing your request. Please contact us before sending an item back; do not send returns to the shipping label address without confirmation.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can review the issue.

Cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible before shipment; a request does not automatically cancel an order. If the order has already shipped, use the return process. Your rights concerning delayed shipments and applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items clearly identified as final sale before purchase are non-returnable under our voluntary return policy. A discounted price alone does not make an item final sale. This does not affect your rights for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about a product’s return eligibility.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union orders

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Applicable statutory withdrawal rights and exceptions take precedence over our voluntary return conditions. Contact us for withdrawal instructions.
