Order processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery

United States: 7–12 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination, distance from the shipping warehouse and carrier routing. Customs processing, carrier delays and high demand may affect delivery.

Shipping charges and availability

Available destinations, shipping options and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are in addition to order processing time. Items may ship separately and have separate tracking numbers.

Delayed or missing orders

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped items for a refund. If tracking stops updating or your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
